Payment

All of our online payments are processed over our Secure Servers and are Encrypted during processing.
Our Secure Servers are certified by GeoTrust one of the leading names in SSL certificates and identity verification products.
 For those of you who dislike online payment systems, orders and Credit Card payments can also be made by telephone on 01745 332223 (quote website order).

Apart from our online payment system we also accept company and personal cheques, cash and postal orders.
Payment by cheques require upto 10 days, from being recieved, before the order is dispatched to allow for bank clearance.

No goods will be dispatched until payment has been recieved.

Returns

 We will reimburse for all items returned minus the carriage apart from in the following circumstances were no refund will be eligible:
  • Items have been printed or embroidered through customer error.
  • Items are not returned in the same condition as they were dispatched.
  • Items are used other than they are intended.
